Youface Refund Policy

At Youface, we strive to provide the best AI creation experience for our users. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

**1. Refund Eligibility**

  • **Time Limit & Plan Type:** Refund requests only apply to **Subscription Plans** and must be submitted within **3 days** of the original purchase. **Credit Packs (Pay as You Go) are strictly non-refundable.**
  • **Credit Usage:** If you have used more than **50 credits** from your subscription, you are no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of when the purchase was made.

**2. How to Request a Refund** If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund for your subscription, please follow these steps:

  • **Provide Details:** Include your account details (registered email), order number, purchase date, and the reason for your refund request.
  • **Submit Within 3 Days:** Ensure your request is sent within 3 days of the purchase date.
  • *Reminder: Please note that individual Credit Packs are not eligible for refunds.*

**3. Refund Processing** Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the result as soon as possible.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • **Processing Fee:** Please note that a processing fee of up to **6%** of the original payment amount may be deducted from the refunded amount to cover payment gateway charges.
